Only happiness has come to me

I need but look upon all things that seem to hurt me, and with perfect certainty assure myself, “God wills that I be saved from this,” and merely watch them disappear.

I need but keep in mind that God’s Will for me is only happiness, to find that only happiness has come to me.

~ Jesus, A Course in Miracles, Lesson 235

God is looking out for us

God is looking out for us, gives us the light, and takes care of our affairs.
God is merciful, and never forgets us.
God guides us, giving us good people to help us.
God does not allow hurt to come to us.
I take comfort in the thought of God.
When I remember God, I feel peaceful and happy and all my pain departs.

~ Guru Arjan, Evening Prayer
